Threw the area The young stag carried himself over laying trees, creeks and fields reaching to a full mile long or more. He had been in few places, but not many. He wanted love, he wanted peace. But he couldn’t have both at once. His body was now sweaty and the cold chill ran down his spine with a shiver. But he was use to this; very inch of pain was with his father. He learnt how to survive only for the moment. Every place he was let down. Till he found his adopted family. He grew strong and felt that freedom in their way. And so he learned. There was none around here to much. He came to a slow trot and looked around shacking him self then let out a whinny. He didn’t wish to be alone forever; he wanted to talk to someone. Anyone at all. His orbs search threw the area in hope, but sees no one around the area. Though even alone in the darkness of day there is hope. There stood no sun, though it was hot for winter. He takes in a breath to revive himself and stands hoping for the first time he will meet someone, anyone, foal or mare, Stallion or colt. As long as he could talk and get to know the area more. Was he alone in this island? Was there anyone else out there? He picked at some small grass then awaited while he chewed away. [/color]

Koishi galloped into the clearing, nervously checking behind her for followers. Her flanks were lathered with sweat; just that morning she had thought she had heard her mothers' voice calling out to her, and so she up and ran away. She didn't wish for her family to find her; if they even were her family. She slowed when she noticed another in the clearing; she hoped he hadn't seen her. She melted back into the trees, trying to stay out of sight. All that could be seen was her silvery-white star, a white spot in the midst of a sea of darkness. She stood as still as she was able, settled herself comfortably (with only the slightest rustle of leaves) and watched.

My aubs picked as I look up to hear someone, or something. I look around and come to see someone. I wounded what they where doing out here? The wintery day seemed to grow gloomier and every minuet made me think of my father. Wolf was my name for my pelt was the silver gray as a wolf, and my life was all but darkened by one. I lived with out a mother and I was made to do stuff that I shall never tell of. Only when the time is right I shall tell the world my true story. But for now its all but misery and pain till I found my adopted family. Now they took good care of me and made sure I grew up like a nice young stag should. I thank them very much for doing so. Where would I be if they had not found me? I know where and it’s a place where none would wish to go to. But yet that’s another story. I part my maw softly. Hello there, can I help you. I look in curiosity at them. I then wait for them to speak.

Koishi looked cautiously at the young stag looking curiously in her direction. She wondered why - no, how he knew she was there! She decided to trust him; he looked lost and alone. She stepped slowly out of the trees, ready to take flight if need be. She was on tenterhooks; all this worrying wasn't doing her any good! She moved closer to him; all the while looking out for possible dangers. 'Ummm - hi, who are you?' she asked him. He was a lovely shimmering grey in colour, and she wondered who his parents had been to bring that colour into exsistence! 'I'm sorry - but that's quite a unique coat colour you've got there.' She looked around nervously, expecting for her mother or worse, her father, to come bursting out of the trees at any minute. I hope my curiosity doesn't kill me! she thought, looking once more at the stag.

I look up at the young one and smile as she speaks. I never really knew my pelt was strange to this young. Or to the fact that it was unique. I didn’t know if it came from my mother’s side or my fathers. My father was a pure black so I dough it came from his family since they where all pure black. Buy yet who knows. I give a smile and then part my kisser’s. Thank you, I’m Wolf. It’s nice to meet you. He smiles to her hoping his name dose not scare her. He only got the name from his pelt color been gray like a wolves it self. I wounded where she had came from and what she was doing out here at such an age. Most young are normally with their parents or siblings. Maybe she was lost and needed help. I had been taught how to be kind and how to love and care. But my father taught me how to hate and be cruel and fight. Though I left that dark and cruel world and found my adopted families who help me follow the right way. I thank them for doing such a kind thing. I only use my cruel side when it’s needed, and right now its not needed, in fact it never will be needed unless I need to protect myself or another.

Koishi looked carefully at the stag - no, he had said his name was Wolf - and slowly came to realise he most likely meant her no harm. She stayed close to the trees, though, ready to flee. Curious name, she thought. Who would call their young that? She saw he was smiling at her, so she tentatively returned it with one of her own. She was still worried though, if she stayed in the one place for too long, would her parents find her? She didn't know. 'Wolf...ummm...may I ask you a question?' She waited a moment, then started talking again. 'Where am I? What is this place?' She waited, trying to be patient, on his answer.
