The wind picked up as the mare entered into this land. She was a new comer here and carried a lost expression on her face. A soft whinny flew from her muzzle as she walked slowly towards the river, her tail lashing behind her as she shook her head slightly. Snow flew from her hooves as she strode towards the frozen river that was in front of her. Her ears remained upright as she listened to her surroundings, her nostrils quivering with the scents of hundreds of horses. She paused and let a call fly through the air, announcing her arrival in this land and marking where she stood. She was here and she liked what she had seen so far in this land. but she was alone and she knew that a predator or a lone stallion could savage her.

The two Gypsy Vanner mares trotted along, making their way toward the icy river. The land was unfamiliar, but as long as they were together they would surely be okay. The land smelled of many other horses. Maybe this place would be a suitable home for the two. Suddenly, their ears perked to the sound of a mare's call nearby. Maya looked toward Felicity and spoke softly. "Think we should check it out?" Felicity responded with a nod and the two made their way through the snow and towards the direction of the mare. When they reached her, Felicity was the first to speak. "Hi there!" Maya rolled her eyes at the eagerness of her friend and stood back, waiting to see how the other mare would react.

Love raised her head at the sounds of new horses in this place, her eyes focusing on the new mares. Well at least she thought that they were mares. It was when they spoke that she knew that they were indeed mares. "Hello! How are you?" Love's voice was soft as she spoke, her entire attitude rather calm and peaceful. It could be said that she took after her father more than she did her mother, but she didn't really ever tell horses who her father really was. Her tail lashed behind her as she looked over the two mares and then turned to graze under the snow covered ground.

Maya looked at the mare and spoke. "Hello, I'm Maya. And this is Felicity." She lowered her head to nudge away the snow and graze. Felicity looked up at the other mare and spoke happily. "Oh, we're new here. Have you met any other horses yet?" Maya almost rolled her eyes, knowing that her friend was only thinking of finding stallions to mess around with. Although, she was rather curious about the other horses in this land herself. She continued to graze and kept her ears up, listening for the other mare to speak.

Love nodded her head in acknowledgement before answering, "I have not met any other horses. I have just arrived in this place and was hoping to meet someone. What about you?" Her voice was soft and lilting, a sweet sound that softly floated from her muzzle. She was the daughter of a very respectful stallion, one that had set hoof in these lands before but was now galloping in the great beyond.
He stopped moving once he was here, these lands. This was where Cryptic was, he was sure of it. The massive pure white stallion shook his head before looking towards the mares. Mares, they were of a different species, he was sure of it. He tossed his head and let his tail fly. He would be polite though, that was just what his nature was. His blue eyes swept over the mares as he nodded towards them once more, "Ladies. I hope that I am not intruding. I merely just arrived and needed a drink and a bite to eat before moving on. May your day be a pleasure." His voice was almost sultry as he lowered his head to the ground and began to graze on the snow covered grasses.
