History: The two stallions, Roman and Legionary were born from the same broodmare and stud a year apart. Both had the same taste for adventure, often wooing the fillies and humans alike but also a sense for trouble. More than once the brothers would unlock their stables and go for a wander toward the feed shed. It was on one of those occasions that they wandered too far away from the yard and got spooked. Not managing to find their way home, they stuck together and weathered their first year in the wild alone. Spring of their second year in the wild, Roman was 5 and Legionary 4, they met another stallion and quickly became friends. His name was Sparta, and though quiet and rather stoic, he was a good laugh at times and taught them both some decent tricks to surviving in the wild.

Only recently, just before the trio set off for another long-winded adventure, they decided to go and steal a mare, a challenge if you like, from a nearby herd. The mare in question was the Lead Stallion's daughter, destined to take over the herd in question once her mother passed on. Only she didn't want that, and only stayed with her family because she had nowhere else to go. So when the bachelor trio interrupted their herd one afternoon, she took the chance and allowed them to steal her away. Since that happened, the trio haven't been able to get rid of her, not that they really minded, she wasn't incredibly feminine in any case, and often she was thought of as one of the boys. Now they're all looking for a good fight and adventure, and possibly even somewhere to settle down.

History: Queen of many things, Valient ruled over the broodmare paddock with an air of superiority but also a nasty streak if she was challenged. She was kind, most of the time, but cross her and you'd have a vicious tempered arab on your hands. She recently escaped from human hands when the ranch she was on was robbed, all the hustle and bustle and she got loose. Spooked and flighty from the experience, she fled. Unsure of where she was, Valiant found herself in sunshine river. Now only if she could find herself a herd where she is truly appreciated.
