History: While being a foal, Montana's mom had tried to protect him as much as she could, but in doing so, both her and Montana got mistreated, but about a yearling, Montana finally got to be free and he did everything to get his mom out too. Soon he was separated from his mother and he lived on his own. He was about caught again, but he fought for his life.
He had found a life, a herd and a family later in his years. First he left his adopted family, he soon got the herd he always wanted. His first foal was Dancing Sky, son of Dancing Wind who was his lead mare and she gave him one more foal, that was Black Lilly before she left the herd. He didn't know why she left.When she left, so did the herd and he was soon left with just his foals. Montana knew he had to do what was best for his family and soon went on a search for a home for his little ones when Black Lilly was six months old. He heard of Sunshine River and decided to risk it; in hopes of finding a family once more.

History: Black Lilly doesn't remember much of her life, but she does remember that her father tried his hardest to give her what she needed, he found someone to nurse her since her mother left; which took all the mare who had foals. She now looks up to her father for protection when she is scared and now she turns to her brother as well for guidance.

History: Dancing has always stuck closer to his father than to his mother when she was around, but when she left a few months after his sister was born; he soon came to know just how much he would look up to his father. He watched his dad find someone to nurse his baby sister and after she was six months old; they wondered around until they found Sunshine River. He knew his father must have hard of the place. Now as well as looking up to his father, he wanted to become just like him.
