Name:Nieba
Age: 5
Breed:Spanish Arabian.
Height:15.2
Colour:Midnight Black.
Eye Colour:Black.
Gender:Mare
Markings:None
History:
Nieba was born and raised in a desert herd far from Sunshine River. Her mother was a low-ranking female in their herd and had to hide her from the lead mare, who was a extremely jealous mare. The lead stallion, however, was a rage-filled, cruel stallion who often beat the newborn foals to death out of anger if they weren't taken away soon enough. That was the main reason for Nieba to be raised away from the herd. When Nieba was old enough, she and her mother reentered the herd, where dozens of other foals her age had been brought into it around the same time. Her life was peaceful in her rank, being the lowest and therefore the least threatening.
Her mother often told her stories of a wonderful, free land were there would be grass so green and then deserts, like their own, scorching the land. She told her of a forest so beautiful that it made her dream for nights on end about it. Such tales were forbidden in their herd, however, and everything that Nieba knew of this beautiful land was kept a secret between mother and daughter.
Nieba had a soft heart in a barren land, always being kind instead of cruel. Never quick to anger or rage, she was a very peaeful mare in a otherwise schorching herd. Her mother saw this early on and knew that her softhearted daughter had no place in their barren world. Quickly, when she was old enough, her mother sent her away one cold, desert night. She later heard that her mother had been executed to treason.
Nieba filtered among herds herds for the next few years, never finding a good 'fit' and unaware of her father following her, with his sick obsession to make her his new mate. Finally, she came to Sunshine River, unaware that this was the land her mother told her about.
