There is not much to say for this reserved mare. Not many things have happened in her life, well not that she can remember. When she was a foal, her mother died during one of the treacherous winters, since then she was adopted by Melody, the lead mare of the Passion Forest. Her father, Bellagio, was a curious fellow. She didn’t see much of him, although when he did come to visit her on those rare occasions, she was always glad of his company and idle chatter.

She was born in the time of the Great War, and so her life has revolved around violence, deceit and disloyalty. However, because of her seclusion from the herd, she has been hidden from the poor morals that come with war. She is still as pure and innocent as the day she was born. This can be to her disadvantage, as she is very gullible which can lead to her being hurt easily.

Clandestine is a diligent mare, which tends to wander aimlessly and observe everything and everybody in her surroundings. She is a very analytical mare and will always perceive the effect of her actions before carrying them out. Because of her bloodline, she has a natural element of accelerated strength and speed, not that she uses them. As only one of her parents was part of the horse-lord linage, her abilities are not as strong as some of her siblings, of whom many she has not met.

When in the right situations, the mare is able to become vicious and defensive, this is much to having her father’s blood. She becomes unable to back down in a fight and can often come across as the more dominant figure. Her strength and speed is admirable for a mare, but her biggest weapon is her viper’s tongue. Since, Clandestine has observed horses for most of her life, she understand how and when to say the words that will leave the biggest sting.
