History: Pika was born and raised on a farm far away from were Chew was born. He was home-grown and raised to be a barrel mustang. He was worked to the brink, but loved every minute of it. Finally, after some time he grew tired of this line of work, and showed no more promise in it. They tried poll bending, flag running, and any type of O-Mox-EE they could try, but he refused to show any promise in them. They considered him useless after this, and sold him to the glue factory.

Luckily, the trailer blew a flat, and the horses were unloaded out of the trailer while they fixed the tire. He, with a mare named Chew, ran out. Both have traveled together since.

History: Chew was what you call a eccentric mare. She didn't fight, didn't whine and didn't cry. She was born and raised on the hardy tundra, where her herd roamed wild and free. She seemed to be a odd-ball, since she didn't talk and didn't ask for anything. She was polite, and ignored most of the stallions advances on her. She was desirable, but unattainable.

One day, while they were moving the herd, humans came on horses and broke the herd up. Chew was caught right away because she didn't care about the danger, and was soon carted away.

She only lived a few years with humans before they sold her to the glue factory for being unrideable, as she had a very deep dislike for saddles. She met Pika on the trailer to the factory. When the tire blew out, they were taken out. Pika told her to run and she did, Pika defending her escape before he followed her.
