Loftie is a kind and accepting Mare who used to be part of a dog and pony show. Loftie enjoyed making people happy and her kind owner taught her many tricks.
eventually the show closed as public opinion became negative of such traveling shows. the other animals were sold to circuses and pony rides but the old master knew Loftie didn't have it in his heart to let Loftie go work for someone else it would have killed him to see her mistreated. So one day he took her out and released her into the wild.
