Name: Celestial tiger
Age: roughly 7
breed: a mixture of brumby and unknown domestic horse
Height: 15.3 hands
colour: deep red bay, with strong black points, so much so that his legs are almost all black
eye colour: deep dark mysterious brown, so dark that his irises often seem to melt into his pupils
gender: stallion
Markings: snip down the middle of his face, like a stripe of a tiger.
Celestial element: the stars
Terrestrial element: spring
history:strong, swift and majestic; celestial tiger's past is as dark and mysterious as his eyes, and he is not revealing as he delights in the mystery and illusions that it creates. Some say that he comes from the land of the domestic horse, and that he gave himself his freedom as a yearling. Others say that his wild mother was joined to a domestic stallion, and has lived all his life in the wild with his mother, whom is sometimes seen in the shadows at dusk. For certain, part of his breeding comes from a purely domestic background, but as to which breed that is, no one knows.
What is known for sure is that Tiger, as he is becoming known, has a strong passion for the moon seen at Sunshine river, sometimes he can be caught staring at her, wistfully asking for the moon's secrets, or her advice. Occasionally a loud, sorrowful neigh can be heard in the Sunshine valley. It is, of course, Tiger, calling to the moon, letting her know that he is still there. It is not known why he does this, although upon doing so, he becomes reminiscent and somewhat miserable, like a bad memory from the past has crept across his mind. And, of course, tiger has never been one to reveal his secrets to the world, He prefers his mysterious ways.

Tiger did give us an inkling into his past in a now deleted thread known as dirty little secrets LOL. I thought it may be appropriate to post up his own words into his history. This is a direct quote of what he had to say:
"Many springs ago, before I was but a young colt, It was foretold that here on earth there was to be a joining of two wild horses, both of a long and regal line. It was to be the joining of the stars and the moon, to mimic the heavens themselves.
But it was also told that the joining was not to be for foal, but the two, the moon and the stars would become lovers, life partners, great friends before the joining of the two lines. A passion so strong was to be held betweenthem that not even death itself could break the bonds.
Alas, before it was time, the prophecy failed, and the stars now are without a moon, forced to weep to the heavenly moon in place."
At this Point a mare, Dusty's Regality, asked Tiger why the prophecy had failed, and inquired as to wether the moon was a horse
"The moon was... a beauty, a beauty to surpass all others, like no one had seen, with such dark soft eyes as those and such grace as she danced....danced her way around the stars, and to dance with those stars. It was said that to watch the moon and the stars together dancing was a sight to behold, a sight like no other," he paused for a few moments, before continuing, softly as ever, " A sight to remember".
"I fear that The Moon can no longer hear the stars as they cry to her, perhaps she is unable to, or perhaps she no longer cares." His voice was now almost a whisper, no doubt that Ms. Blood was straining to hear what he said. "All that can be said for sure is that their call goes unanswered, and they are waiting, listening for the day that their calls are answered." Tiger was now a dark shadow in the night, a silent shadow, but not for long. He stepped into the moons path, now his dark frame shillouetted by the moon, and let his call ring deep into the valley. It was a sorrowful call, of lonliness and loss, one to make listeners weep, and want to call too, call to the moon, and wait in vein for a reply. Tiger let the call run loud and clear for a few moments, then he stopped and finished. "And I call, with those stars, because I too wait each day for her return, and I feel for the stars on their lonely path across the heavens"
ADDED FEB 2009 (after Pony became bored and decided to update some histories)
At this point in time Tiger now resides in the Mountains of the land. To him it is the closest thing to home that he will ever be presented with again. He became lead stallion of the land after a battle with Rosemont, though the only reason that he fought Rosemont was becasue he couldn't bear to see Rosemont in charge of the lands. Tiger couldn't care less wether his herd is first or last in the pecking order, as long as the herds above are suited to Tiger's tastes. The end result of the battle was a nasty scar down the side of Tiger's neck, where Rosemont took a bite. Tiger had been hoping that the scar would fade, and, in part, it has, but a large and ungainly lump is still visible, and the hair around it has darkened considerably.
His herd is small, and consists of Regality, Kantana and Blade. His "herd of protection" seems to have dwindled, and Regality wishes to build it with a foal. Tiger has never produced a foal, even at his advancing age, and is a little uncomforatable about the idea, but when the time comes, he will do what he has to. Little does he know that he has a surprise in store for him. One of cosmic proportions.
