Name:Eternal Glory ('Nal for short)
Age: 7
Breed:erm, wild horse? (If you really need one, just go with brumby)
Height:15.3 hands high
Colour: silver dapple taffy (basically the same as a dappled palimino, but the dapples are silvery)
Eye Colour: deep brown
Gender: Stallion
Markings:Blaze down face.
Celestial element: Saturn
Terrestial Element: Spring
History: 'Nal was born into a herd in which good times ruled, no matter the circumstances. No mare played by the rules of fidelity, no stallion defended them either. If the grass was good, the water sweet, and the time right, the herd would spend all their time "partying" in horse style. And even if the times were poor, one could still pick the herd by their bright and bouncing songs that they eternally sang when traveling. Not to mention their Bright bouncing gaits.
Nal never knew who his father was because his mare was one of the brightest and loudest partiers, although most safely assume that it was the lead stallion of the herd, because he adopted his coat.
It soon became apparent that Nal was one of the brightest, bounciest and liveliest foals that the herd had ever seen, and he was blessed with his name due to the fact that he would be eternally glorified by his herd if he could maintain his ways. Sadly, Nal exceeded expectations, and a rash nature soon became apparent. He would happily play jokes that not even the king would attempt, and once nearly killed a horse due to such a prank. He was warned to tone things down, but by the age of two, he was already set in his ways, shamelessly flirting with mares twice his age, and fillies of his own status.
Of course they fell for him, for when Nal needed to be, he was an eternally charming sweetheart. However, the need often disappeared once her realised that with a herd came responsibilities.
The final straw came one day when Nal was grazing in a territory far from where his herd was. A young prince, handsome, but incredibly aggressive and stupid found Nal grazing peacefully in this area so far away from his herd.
The young colt, being the unintelligent individual that he was, began to laugh at Nal. Everyone knew the infamous partying colt, and to see him grazing so peacefully was downright hilarious to this colt. Nal decided that the grass was boring.... after all, everyone knew the prince of the sun just as well as they knew Nal. And Nal knew exactly how to enjoy his presence.
Calmly, he lifted his head, and said to the colt "You know, I know a way to make you so powerful that you could have your dad offed by tomorrow." It was a herd of the sun tradition for princes to take the throne by killing their own fathers. Power was a powerful motivator in this herd, especially for young princes, and this one was still about three years from having the strength to take the throne.
Needless to say, the colt was interested, and stopped laughing long enough to let Nal continue.
"Everyone thinks that flying horses are born." Nal said with enthusiasm " But that's a lie. Any horse can become a flying horse, they just need to put themselves in a position where they need wings," he said letting the words hang, hoping the colt would understand.
"so what does that mean?" asked the stupid prince.
Nal almost sighed. He had forgotten just how stupid this particular prince was "If you jump off a cliff, you will grow wings. these wings will give you the strength and agility to beat your dad, and take over the the herd." He finished triumphantly.
of course, the colt tried to take his advice, but was stopped by an older, wiser horse at the last minute. Even the members of Nal's herd were enraged that Nal would be so willing to put a member of the most dangerous herd in the land over a cliff. As a result, Nal was exiled from the land by one of the elders, at the sprightly age of two and a half. A herd record.
He has learned few lessons since this time, despite his travelings in dark and damp lands, in which the other horses despised him for his flamboyant nature. He still flirts shamelessly with any female equine, in a herd or not. As a result, he has had to learn how to fight otherwise he would have been killed long ago. And when he must fight, he merely laughs at opponents, for 'Nal was not born with a single serious cell in his body, and not one of them have changed.
So, he is entering Sunshine river, four and a half years into exile. The Casanova, until responsibility hits him. The fighter, if he is in dire straits, and the eternally glorified party stallion.
