hey all - as i know we have a few computer artists on here. Well seen as Cayla is no longer a member I am holding a contest for anyone who can make a new manip. You can do one on the following categories:
Winter
Spring
Autumn.
So long as they have the following on them:
Horse
Sunshine River Name
Makers Name
They cannot have the following:
Fences
Head collars/halters
etc etc.
Sorry but there is no prize; as i have nothing to give you - but you will have your own print on the site! :D

Not even going to try competing with that. What do you use for imagine manip? I use lunapic, not too pro though...

Thanks for the compliment, Swede. -huggles- I'm really proud of this. It's kind of creepy 0-o;.
I use Photoshop CS2. It's pricey, but totally worth it.

We'll see... I'll go for a different season than withers, how aobut... I was trying fall, but for some reason the cutout lines are showing up a lot...

I tried, but it got stupid, and I got lazy, so the manip is messy. I'll probably either fix this one (hah, that's not possible with my skill level) or make a new fall one. Or skip fall and just do winter.  Image Editing Made Easy |

Wow! Sugoi! =O Awesome manip, Swede. I agree, the horses could be blended in better, but the font is awesome (what is that, by the way? ^^; ), and I love your background - as well as the color of the horses' coats.
I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but I'm giving it anyway. Hehe.

No blending on lunapic, it's stupid that way, I had to do extra cutting and Blemish Remover 10 billion times to make it like that, any more and I would go insane. Oh well, better than mybannermaker.com.... *sigh*

 Not how I pictured, I was planning a more impressionist banner, but the artistic effects would not let me do as I wanted :/. Oh well, stuff happens, and I like the blue horse. I am excited in that I have finally worked out the hue map *dances about*. Anyway, this is what I came up with (number one, at least), and just in case, it is for winter. I -could- point you all through the intricacies of the work, but that would spoil the fun. |

 well, yeah, this one is for spring. I had fun here, and I do daresay that it is better than the winter one. I like the flower that you can barely see. the mare and two foals were both stuck in, but I removed legs to make it look like they were actually in the flowers, although I could have done better with the little palimino. there is text there too. Congratulations to anyone that can read it. Sorry, but I lost the actual script. I just write random, slightly relevant phrases anyway. |
