History: She had lived a fairly simple youth. She lived with her mother in a small herd. Her father was a proud, loving type. Caprikara had the perfect childhood until she was two. It changed when a new stallion invaded their beautiful terra. Selfish and greedy, the young stallion fought Capri's aging father and won. For his victory celebration, he chased off her father and raped all the mares and killed all the young colts. Drunk with power, he took the older colts and ran off, leaving several flustered and hysterical mares and fillies bleeding physically and emotionally. Distraught, Caprikara's mother left their once beautiful home full of loving memories that now filled her head with torturous nightmares, taking Capri with her. For three years, Capri and her mother roamed the dark and sinister woods surrounding their old home, too traumatized to try to find a new herd. One dreadful night, they ran into the rogue stallion who had caused them all this heart-ache, along with his small band of now young stallions he had taken from our herd. With a malignant snicker, he ordered his mob to surround them, preventing their escape. As a large stallion, who had once been friends with Capri, held her back, the malicious stallion quickly covered Caprikara's mother, despite her whimpers and pleads. Once he finished, the large stallion shoved Capri forward for her turn. A while later, the heinous gang galloped off, leaving a dying mother and a terrified daughter. Moments later, Capri saw that her mother had been unable to survive the torture and rose wearily to find somewhere to go, anywhere that was away from this dreadful place that would haunt her forever. She limped away, leaving the only family she had behind.
Three agonizing years later, after drifting from herd to herd, she stumbled alone into Sunshine River. Her colt had run off in hopes to join his repugnant father. She awoke one morning to see a grey stallion gazing at her with caring orbs. They talked for days, sharing their pasts, not minding that they were complete strangers. By the end of the week, Caprikara and Shadow fell in love. Bound by their trust for each other, they vowed to help each other face their fears and move on with their lives, together. Capri now expects her first foal with Shadow in early spring.
Caprikara is living with Shadow in Misty Falls, along wuth her son, Prince, and the rest of the herd.
