History: The warm summer air was the first thing Adalia noticed. Then came the smells; the smell that summer has. It's indescribable, a windy, warm summer breeze that doesn't help any to cool one off, the way the birds sing in the air, etc., but it's ultimately summer. There's no tragedy in this story, no death (except natural of course), none of that. Adalia led a normal life with her herd and her mother. The herd lived in a sheltered area of the forest, all fell ponies, displaced decades ago there. The black mare was frisky as a foal, and loved to annoy her mother mercilessly, scaring her mother very badly quite a few times. She is still very naive, because when one has never been out of where they lived, it is hard to pick up how others interact and different mannerisms others may have. Adalia came to Sunshine River when her mother passed away from natural causes. The mare had no real obligation to stay with the herd after that; they weren't extremely close-knit. Off she went, wanting to explore the lands. This is where she came.
