Wahya galloped into Sunshine River, she lifted her tail just a little so that it would blow out behind her like a banner in the breeze. Her black hooves carried her quickly through the new territory until she had reached a clear area. She lifted her tail even higher to send her scent sailing through the air to any stallion in the area, for she was in heat. She reared high and whinnied a sound that said that she was looking for a stallion, then she hit the ground with a thud and listened for hoofbeats, her white ears pricked to catch any sounds.

The sleek grey shadow was refreshed. All he wanted to do was do what he had been doing his whole life. And this place seemed to be one of the best places to do it. Why challenge stallions, and risk injury, when you could find unclaimed mares or sneak them away when their stalliosn weren't around? A smooth canter brought him through the grass, hooves thrumming ever so softly. He slowed, and like a ghost trotted towards the mare that had caught his eye. She appeared alone... and she smelled nicely, too. Bindaree he ahd stolen quickly, for that was her style, but this one he could perhaps exercise his charm on. Yes, he could be excessively charming, or rather mysteriously attractive- his silent ways, everything about him seemed to make mares forget their herd stallions and run off with him. Usually, they either remembered their loyalties or were stolen back- but not always, as the case was with Bindaree. And even if Almosa didn't keep them, they still had a tendency to raise his own foals the next spring.
He slowed to a very soft jog, arching his neck, mane fluttering like whisps of silk in the breeze. A deep, quiet, rumbling nicker came from somewhere in his throat, and he moved closer to her.

Wahya spotted the stallion and she couldnt help but smile to herself. Whenever she was in heat stallions could not stay away. She lifted her tail higher and pawed the ground as she eyed the stallion with interest. She had a way of teasing stallions until they almost went insane. She nickered back then took a step or two towards him before stopping and letting him come to her.

He chuckled inwardly to himself. Yes, marse were wonderful things, sometimes reluctant but more often so enticingly seductive. With a slow, enticing nicker, he sidled up closer, until his nose was just inches away from hers. Neck arched, he nickered again, not much more than a loud, vibrating breath. He inhaled deeply, nostrils quivering, taking in her scent. So carefully, almost imperceptibly, he took a tiny step closer, until his muzzle just barely touched hers and his hooves were not much moer than a foot away from her own. His dark grey body would have gleamed normally, but he had a tendency to absorb sunlight rather than reflect it.

Frothy had finally escaped from the watch fall eyes of Kings into Sunshine River. Oh crap this is where mares go to, to get claimed!! CRAP!!!!" she thought instantly to herself. Then all of a sudden her optics came across another mare. She pranced toward her cheerful and pleasantly. Thank god she was not in heat, but curse being in foal to an ungrateful brute! Her maw fell to the floor and her front right hoof stretched along the yellow dry earth in a polite bow. "Hello! I am Frothy Masterpiece, or Frosty for short. Whats your name??" she asked cheerfully. Her disposition was deceiving in many ways. For she was not happy or cheerful but angry and sad. She knew not to show it though so she kept her mask on and would not take it off till she knew she was safe. In her wait she grew an itch in her front left leg right on the pastern. Her muzzle was instantly sent to scratch. It felt so relieving for her. She brought her whole body up to attention and smiled apologetically. [/center]

Wahya smiled at the stallion that stood so close to her that she could feel his breath on her muzzle. She breathed softly then looked deep into his eyes. She concentrated on the stallion in front of her, her ear flicked back to catch the sound of another mare talking to her. She did not want to seem rude to the mare but she couldnt pull her eyes away from the stallion. She flicked her tail gently to show that she had heard the mare's words and would reply momentarily.

Almosa smiled gently. She was beautiful, this one, and so enticing, her scent so attractive... He breathed out softly, and ran his muzzle down her face, her lovely dished white face, so delicate and fine. Puffing slightly on her forelock, he turned his eyes to the newcomer, Frosty, to avoid seeming rude. He nodded his head to her in acknowledgement, but said nothing. This was not unusual or rude on his part; he was a horse of few words, and didn't speak much at all. He surveyed her through his dark, deep eyes. She was a mare, and any mare was welcome in his eyes. She smelled of another stallion though, and wasn't in heat- most likely pregnant, though it was too early yet for most mares to be showing. Pity... He bowed his grery head to both of them, and said quietly, "Almosa." His name. It was all that was necessary to say; they were smart, they would know what he meant.

Wahya smiled at the stallion then turned and nodded to the mare. "I am Wahya, it means wolf." She said simply as she turned her attention back to the stallion in front of her. She did not want to seem rude to the mare but right now she was far more interested in finding a stallion than making friends with other mares. She gently brushed his face with her muzzle, just gently enough so that is would almost make him shiver. She lifted her tail a little to send her scent sailing towards him, overwhelming him.

Frothy could clearly see that they were courting eachother. She was a romantic at heart and felt overwhelmed at the sight. Then as she gathered herself up she began to look the stallion in his eyes, they were hipnotic! No longer was she pregnant, due to running, not that you could tell anyway when she was...now she was back in heat and rid of the stallion she disliked so much. "Almosa. Wahya. Nice names." clearly she was upset. Not that they would notice. They were too busy courting eachother. Her scent became very strong. If by now you could not than you were either human or had no sense of smell. It was very strong. She done little tricks as she waited. Boredem was getting to her...

Almosa shiverd as the mares' scents washed over him. Both were so enticing, so beautiful... one, Wahya, was entrancing, and the other, Frosty, was playful and energetic. He glanced at her, and noticed that something seemed, hm, wrong. He didn't feel like talking- he never did- but was curious, so he asked, "Are you alright? You seem... upset..." Imagine- two mares were here, and he was alone with them. He had every chance to claim them both for his herd, and breed them, whether they were stolen from him or not. Still, even if he managed to bring them home, he would have to be careful. He and that other stallion had an agreement, but you never knew- the big horse could be tempted, and Almosa, though a tough fighter, was much smaller. He ran his muzzle evre so lightly along Wahya's neck, breathing in her scent and Frosty's. A small nicker vibrated through his nostrils, to no one in particular.

Cody trotted in with his hooves leaving hoofprints and a cascading sound. He could smell two mares and one stallion. He was merely here for one but if he had to battle for just one then he would! As he listened in his place he could tell one mare was more upset was she mistreated by a stallion?? He just had to ask. "Good day dear sir and madames! Might one ask your blessed names?" he asked curiously. He stood at his own height of 16.2 with his blood breed of Andalusian showing magnificently. So he isn't that big but for his breed hes one of the rare tall born. He was rare. He felt sorry for the cremelo tennese walker mare, such a beauty.

Wahya shivered at Almosa's touch but turned to the new stallion. "My name is Wahya noble stud, it means wolf where I am from." She said as she lifted her tail a little, her scent wafting across to both stallions now, circling them, teasing them, almost making them unable to smell anything else. She was bowed her head to the new stallion then glanced around at all the horses waiting for someone to speak.

Almosa snorted. More stallions was not good, he knew that much. Competition was not his thing. He pawed nervously. Oh, he would most definitely fight this stallion if need be, but preferably not. After all, he had Bindaree to look after, and if he was hurt in a fight, there would be nothing stopping the lead stallion of the territory from stealing her. His ears flicked back slightly at the newcomers approach, but for now he was content to merely observe, and wait. In response to the white stallion's question, he answered, "Almosa." he wasn't talkative by nature; it was something he had grown up not doing, as his father had been just like Almosa was now, and his mother hadn't been much of a talker either. He stepped sideways, closer to the two mares, keeping an eye on both them and the Andalusian.

Frothy silantly headed off somewhere more quiet. Where she was no competition for rival mares. As she headed off away from them she reared. Lashed out into the crisp air. Released an goodbye yet happy neigh from her maw. As she stood in her rear for a mere moment she looked rather impressive and wild! After she was sure that they had seen her say goodbye she left them alone, it was now up to them if they wanted to follow. She did hope that Cody followed esspecially.
She was right he did! Now only that she now resides with him and carries his foal! It was a true love story that is sure not finished...

Wahya watched as the mare left then turned back to the stallions. "Well, I am in need of a herd..." She said trailing off on purpose. She walked around the two of them then looked at both of them in turn. She pranced around, tail lifted, neck arched. She watched to see which one wanted her the most. Her pretty coat sparkled in the sun. She was a white dapple gray so she did not get hot easily and loved it.

ooc: cody's gone, been deactivated since he wasn't created in spring.
Almosa shivered. She was pretty to look at, and so... enticing... though his iron grey coat was warm, he was not shiny with sweat; rather, his coat seemed to absorb the light, like a shadow. He moved closer, beside her, and scraped a hoof. If he had to drive her off with him, he would. Sure, it was nice if they came willingly, but Wahya was too wonderful to pass up. His ears flicked backwards slightly, a veiled warning to any and all rivals. Espirit de Fiesty might not appreciate him coming home with another mare, and try to drive him out. Well, that was all he would do. Try.

Wahya smiled at Almosa and shivered. She turned and ran her muzzle along his spine, sending a shiver through his body. She smiled sweetly and pressed her side up against his side, letting her scent waft around him. She nuzzled him gently before speaking. "Do you have a herd kind stallion?" She asked softly as she continued to nuzzle him and nip his mane playfully.

He blew out gently, playing her mane with his breath. "Of sorts. Just me and Bindaree. Loners in another terra. But that can be changed, most easily..." His thoughts switched to Espirit. He was a draft stallion, and huge. Could Almosa beat him? If it came to a fight, then yes, he would. Espirit was big, but Almosa was fast. Espirit was sumo. Almosa was ninja. It would be tough, but not impossible. but if he lost.. he would lose his home, Bindaree, Wahya, and perhaps even his life. It was a risk he would have to take. Unless Bindaree and Wahya didn't mind dry, windy deserts, or treacherous mountains, Espirit would try to drive him out and Almosa would be forced to fight back.

Wahya smiled to him."Well I have nowhere to go..." she trailed off trying to hint to him, hopeing that he would get the hint. She nuzzled him some more and tossed her mane into her eyes. She playfully rubbed up against him, then pranced away before coming back to press against his side. She waited for him to answer her and walked slowly around him, somewhat flirty. She whinnied softly to him waiting still for him to speak again.

Almosa smiled. "You do now," he said simply, savoring her scent. No, there was little time. With a snort, he bucked and lowered his head playfully. "Come then," he said, and loped a circle around her excitedly. Hopefully, she and bindaree would get along... and there was that nasty problem with Espirit de Fiesty to sort out... But all that would come in time. He whinnied loudly, a proclamation to any invading stallion- not a move on Wahya. She was his, and he would fight for her, just as he would fight for Bindaree.
ooc: sorry. Muse died.
