HeLooksDownUponMe[[T H E // G O D D E S S]] Yet others look up to see this goddess !
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
Diosa de los Cielos. That was her name. Arabian X Arab. That was her breed. Pegasus. That was her other half. Something within her told her to move on from him, but she was a light and simply could not for so many more reasons. Her coat of pure snowy white made her hide in White Meadows, it was cream without the snow but with it, she simply was invisable. A nicker escaped her maw, it called for him... Kauto Star's father .... her love .... Pegasus, she had no answer but a gust of wind drew up snow behind her. She knew it was his wings blowing the wind behind her so she smoothly turned around. There he stood. The one and only Pegasus. As she marched toward him not giving a damn about her grace she wept on his withers and spoke softly, "Must I stay here. Why can I not just carry on following you ??" his reply was simple and pretty logical. He had seen the humans round up wild beauties like her and turn them into .... what he called souless dummies. He did not want that to happen to his love, the one he had done this for just to regain, he would not lose it to humans. "Now please, I love you. But you are withering away as you follow my tracks. Stay here, stay in this land, the stallion is kind and the mares are mighty. Its a chance to rest and socialize, please my dear. By the Gods I never want to lose you again !!" with that he hugged her and gave a goodbye kiss. He had gone, into the clouds on Heracles command.
With one deep breathe in she opened her muzzle and let out the loudest, longest, longing scream out for company that she had ever done, that perhaps even Pegasus could hear way into the skies. When she had ran out of that deep breathe she took more steady deeper breathes too, to steady her heartbeat. It was growing too fast for her to control. It felt as if it would leap out of the cage it was stored in also called her chest. "Once again I'm alone." she heaved out a sigh after her whisper. Her sigh could be seen lingering in the air untill it disappeared. When she dropped her head back down to level headed view she sighed again, larger than the time beforehand. Still no company. No sight of a herd. She dropped her muzzle down to the ground and lifted her front right hoove rather weakly and started to dig her way through the snow just to get some food. At the sight of green grass she perked up her ears and her optics sparkled, lowering her muzzle she blew out hot air from her nostrils upon it then quickly made a rip. Within seconds the grass was gone. "Please my love, reunite me with my son, Kauto Star and his love Espirit de Fuego. They have keept me company for an unbareable winter before. Why must I now go it alone ?!" she cried out to the winds hoping that they would carry far enough for Pegasus to hear them, it was a sweet whisper meant for one hearing pipes only, they were Pegasus'.
At spotting a large tree near the frozen river she started to move toward it to gain much needed rest. Her body coiled up and she whiped her long cream tail around her legs. Her legs tucked into her white speckled torso. Then her forelock blew over her eyes and her mane flicked across her neck, it did not bother her. She was now shaded from gusts, winds but yet breezes could run riot around her. Goddess of Heaven lay there motionless apart from her brown optics blinking as they surveyed the area around. In search of movement near her. All her senses alert in this wait.

I’ve hoped for change it gets better everyday I’ve hoped for change but still I feel the same there’s something wrong cause everybody knows that we can do this all alone
and we got everybody singing whoa whoa oh whoa whoa oh and we got everybody singing whoa whoa oh whoa whoa oh
were doing fine and it gets better every time were doing fine but ill let you decide there’s something wrong cause everybody knows that we can do this all alone Tell me where our time went And if it was time well spent Just don't let me fall asleep Feeling empty again
Cause I fear I might break and I fear I can't take it Tonight I'll lie awake feeling empty
I can feel the pressure It's getting closer now We're better off without him I can feel the pressure It's getting closer now We're better off without him
Now that I'm losing hope And there's nothing else to show For all of the days that we spent Carried away from home
Some things I'll never know And I had to let them go I'm sitting all alone feeling empty ^Paramore^

A handsome black Appaloosa appeared on the white horizon, a small black speck. It was high morning... his daughters and mares rested easily. Spring had been fairly slow in coming this year, and a few patches of snow still lay on the ground at White Meadows. The rather old stallion thought, rather gruffly, to himself, Look at you. Just surveying your land every morning is becoming hard on the eyes... Thank your lucky stars that all of your mares are easy to see! Well, all except for Misty Dawn, really... but Misty Dawn wasn't, technically, of his herd. She was Rowdi's mare, really, but territories were crowded and there was no place for a stallion to claim... Cermak had no problem with the pair, and their daughter, staying in his terra.
He looked out west, to where Tequila Action's terra was. There had been an awful lot of commotion over there, some time ago in autumn, over the lead mare, apparently. However, as an old, peaceful stallion, he had seen quite enough of his strife, and had been resolute in staying out of it... but, of late, things seemed to have quieted down. That he was glad of. Perhaps their herd was having some foals come this spring... they would make good playmates for his two daughters. The rambunctious, particularly social pair never seemed to have enough playtime.
Cermak saw movements near the river, near the tree whose branches were still cold from the snows of winter. However, he could not quite make out anything... but, on guard as always, the stallion set off at a gallop down the hill, towards where he had seen them.

ByTheGodsPowers[] Company so soon, has that equine spotted me !
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
The hidden mare stood up from the snow, not shaking it from her, she raised her dainty head and opened her optics fully to reveal the dark brown lense. She started to walk as she saw an equine gallop toward her, she was not sure whether it was a mare or stallion and as such rose to a rear and screamed out, "Come no closer !!" she lashed out. The snow that kept her hidden was only restricted to the tree and river everywhere else the cream colored grass was begining to come through and therefore no longer keeping her hidden with such a bold bright pure white coat. It was soaked in the snow but that made it sparkle in the light that spring had introduced along with the heat.
Diosa de los Cielos looked at the equine squarely in their eyes. Then her muzzle flew out wildly to smell the air once more, she now knew this inquisitive equine was a stallion the one just from looks that her love was talking of. "Who are you ?? Whats your name ??" she asked hurridly as if she was about to turn and run although it was not her style. She came to the ground with elegance only a Goddess could own. Tucking her maw into her chest and whispered, "If this is the one in which you speak of, Pegasus, then send a gust of wind to surround him and me. I need your guidence more so now." with a glance up to the high skies she smiled, she could see him flying up ahead barely and she heard his loving call. She let out a nicker to him and saw a gust surround the two of them. She took a deep breath in from the gust and smiled.
Long slender light legs lifted over to the stallion smiling, she looked enchanted. "You are the lead stallion of this land, yes ?" pausing for an answer. She kept her senses on high alert as she waited, dropping her maw as if to bow. She was too proud of a mare to bow, she had seen the Gods themselves and knew now that nothing was higher to bow down to than the Gods, so she opened her maw and bared her teeth as she took mounts of grass off in a singal bite and swallowing with ease.
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+ You're always on display For everyone to watch and learn from Don't you know by now You can't turn back Because this road is all you'll ever have And it's obvious that you're dying, dying Just living proof that the camera's lying And oh, oh open wide Cause this is your night, so smile Cause you'll go out in style You'll go out in style If you let me I could I'd show you how to build your fences Set restrictions Separate from the world The constant battle that you hate to fight Just blame the limelight ^Paramore^

The weathered stallion raised his eyebrows slightly at the haughty mare. Or at least, she seemed haughty to him. However, after a moment, he decided that he didn't mind. She looked, in turn, confused and slightly fearful, slightly sad, glad and triumphant, and rather arrogant all the way through. Of course, he assumed she had right to be... she was a beautiful mare indeed, with her snow white coat. But Cermak could see what problems a snow white mare would cause... indeed, how would he be able to see her? His eyes grew old, and failed him increasingly often... but he could trust his lead, of course, who seemed to have the eyesight of an eagle...
After a moment or so of silence, the stallion jerked himself from his reverie, realizing that he had not spoken at all.
"Yes, my dear," he said after a moment, with a rather small sigh, "I am the lead in this territory. Is there something in particular you are needing?"

WellThenLetsGetDownTo[] I wonder if .... well might as well ask !!
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
Every move that was made by him was studied, reading into the body language had its perks, though while dropping her listening she missed what was said though she knew it was a yes. "You are in turn called Cermak ??" she kept a keen eye on the stallion in front of her. He was rather .... big .... well not height wise but, he seemed old and tired well no equine could match her in the department of being tired, she invented being 'tired' try being constantly on the move and the only time being able to sleep was when you were at your lovers side when you had put days of tracking. Her love Pegasus had always been on the move but he could cover more land in the skies than she could by hooves. So she would travel days without sleep and have not hours to eat or quenche her thirst but minutes before setting off again, it was tough but she thought it was worth it all.
Goddess snapped her attention into focus back on the stallion not faint memories, what she had left. "Have you heard the tale of the infamous Pegasus, the equine with the gift of flight ?" she asked him out of interest and it was the only way she could think of slowly making the conversation turn into 'he gave his service to the Gods for my life but while hes away he told me to stay here at Sunshine river away from the wrath of human hands and told me of you, a kind elder stallion that would welcome a lone mare like me, so I wish to stay' yes sir it was the only way she could tell him her perpous for being here in his company.
She gazed at him in wait for his reply then dropped it for a moment to graze. Soon she would be the size of an elephant at the rate in which she eats. It didn't bother her however, she was tiny and some could say painfully underweight but it was the toll she had to pay on tailing her lover. At least for now on she could relax and spend more time eating and becoming a social mare rather than a subcluded one. Goddess ate pound after pounds of grass in her wait.

The old Appaloosa nodded his head at her words. "My name is indeed Cermak," he said in his deep, but rather flat voice, his face expressionless and rather stony.
After her second inquiry, he turned away to face the horizon, and said, rather quietly, "I have heard of this myth. The white stallion with wings, am I correct?" He chuckled, shaking out his dark mane. "One of the less believable tales, in my opinion... However, milady, why do you ask? And, as I have given you my own, may I ask for your name?"

TellingTheTaleOfTwo[[H E A R T S]] Pegasus, a myth or legend ?!
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
The mythical stunning mare named Diosa de los Cielos smiled at the old appaloosa named Cermak. Well with his question she thought she might repay the favour, afterall he had answered all her questions with such egarness .... pefff. "Diosa de los Cielos, meaning Goddess of Heaven in Spanish not that I speak much of it." she chuckled before then telling her tale of her loved heroic stallion.
"That Pegasus, he was born with that name it was not given to him by humans or normal folk and his coat was naturally that bright of white ... like mine. But he was not born with his wings. It happened two years ago, we had risen a fine young son but an accident occured I was killed and sent to the Gods above. He could not bare living without me and as such made a deal with the Gods to get me back, his nobal love stood out and they listened and made him the deal, they said 'we shall give you back young Diosa de los Cielos as long as you serve for as long as needed my son Heracles' of course he accepted only he didnt know that they would grant him the gift of flight. At first we were together as a family but then Heracles found us, it wasnt hard with where we lived, we all knew it was time for him to pay his debt and with his silver wings and Heracles on aboard he flew into the skies. For months me and son, Kauto Star, followed him far and wide untill we parted due to him finding a perfect young mare his age and breed, Espirit de Feugo, they fell in love and for weeks they continued to keep me company untill they decided to settle down. Not so long ago Pegasus told me of this place and a kind old Appaloosa stallion named Cermak leader of a land that the sun touched forever with every inche of its surface cream. I followed his instructions to find that stallion and here I stand in front of him with love flying ahead, Pegasus, high above the skies watching over me." she paused to take in breaths and look at his old tired face every word she spoke was with passion. "Do you still believe it to be a foolish childs tale ??" she asked with a cheeky grin.
Diosa de los Cielos looked at him with a friendly smile, time for rest was when she had a secure home. Although she couldn't help but think of her gorgeous stallion son, Kauto Star. How she longed to have a family once again, she sighed at the thought of the wait, it felt forever since she had seen them but it was not it was but five measly weeks. While she was thinking of how long alone she had been she became rather ... sad ... an emotion she had not felt since she had died and become a friend of Perses, a fine young man and kind too, but his company could not match of Pegasus at least he kept her up to date about what was going on in the social world of the Gods and the deals they were doing thus she found out about the deal made by Pegasus the gift of life granted by Zeus and co. If only Perses had another that loved him as much to do the same, but he was a war horse so it was time he laid to rest.

The Appaloosa nodded slowly as the white mare fired off her story, rapid pace, with much fancy wording and lyrical imagery as well. Here's is one who plays with her tongue, he thought to himself, slightly amused. The mare, however, seemed very lively and spirited and determined... indeed, much like Celtic Rose. They would make good companions, compared to the other mild, and quite calm mares in his herd.
"A lovely story," he said lightly to the mare. "Lovely and very touching indeed. I have never, ah, met this Pegasus figure of which you speak..." He gave Diosa a long, searching look.

ProveItOr[[L O S E]]Out Do this for yourself NOT me !
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
There she stood on that spot, not saying a word but her breath could be seen and heard, within a flash she reared up high into the air but no call for him no noise from her at all. She came to the ground with an emmense thump and that was that. The next that could be seen was a shade of grey, or pure cloud sky white coming from the distance in a mad gallop .... not angry but fast. For her it seemed to appear in slow motion but that was because she was taking the moment in. Her muzzle turned out to him. A nuzzle from her love. "This is the mighty Pegasus. Cermak." she knew that perhaps the old appaloosa would not believe his eyes, but that was old age.
No words could describe the look of a mighty horse, for indeed few had been seen, but few had actually held a mighty horse's heart so much that they gave their service to humans. Few lyrics came from his maw, "Good'ay Sir Cermak, I am Pegasus ... servent stallion to the Gods. I hear Diosa de la Cielos has told you of the story, she wishes for a place to stay and I have heard of your valient kindness." his head was held rather high but his eyes told a different side to him, for they were soft and gentle but his strength could not be matched for that was what came with staying with Heracles'. No bow came from his greeting rather a polite acknowledgement.
A whistle and call were heard they both knew that it was Heracles calling for his nobal steed, he would have to wait at least fifteen minutes not just for the journey but to sort his love out with a place to stay. His wings could not be seen once tucked into his body, he looked like a rather good looking stallion, they could camoflage into his coat so from first glance they could not be seen untill he unleashed them of which he done the instance he heard Heracles call. "Forgive me, but Heracle's calls but I have a moment yet." he looked up to the skies then down to the side where his feathered wings extended. "May, Diosa de los Cielos, stay with you and your herd till I come back so that I know she is in safe company ??" he asked with a longing look upon Cermak.
As he waited for a reply he shot up into the air, not in a rear, he was flying above them at a safe distance so that his wings could not harm but still he was included in the conversation. "Go Pegasus, I shall take care of myself and let thou know of my predicament." Diosa de los Cielos gave him a kiss holding back her tears as she then turned away from his maw to face Cermak's instead. With that said Pegasus vanished high into the skies once again. "See at what speed he travels and why I must find a safe sacure place to stay. Please let me stay with your herd until his deal is done, I shall be no trouble, just a mystry white wondering mare .... I'm not one to interact well with too many equines anyway." she gave a sheepish smiled at him with almost a giggle but she caught it before it could escape her maw. No, she would not laugh again untill her son was with her once again.
Diosa de los Cielos. that was her name. Kauto Star. that was her son. Pegasus. that was her only love. White Meadows. was that the place she could call home ?!

[OOC: Isn't is spelled -Hercules-?]
The old stallion's face remained, although with difficulty, miraculously stony. A foal's tale, come to life? This was almost unbelievable. However, Cermak had long ago decided that nothing was unbelievable. His many years in this world had, if anything, told him that. There were countless things he'd witnessed in his time that many would've dubbed impossible hallucinations... and he merely assumed that he'd have to add this appearance of Pegasus to the list.
"Diosa may indeed stay here," he said, bowing his head to stunningly white winged stallion. "Be assured that I will try to make the best home I can for her here." The stoic Appaloosa watched Pegasus fly off silently, before turning to the stunning white mare.
Seeming suddenly much more warm and friendly-looking, Cermak turned to Diosa de la Cielos. "My dear," he said lightly, seeming much more like the pleasant old stallion he was, "I assure you that my mares would love the extra company. Please, please... come along and meet the rest of the herd, will you? My lead and the other mares, and my daughters, will surely be pleased to meet you."

ADeadCertain[[ Y 3 S ]] If only time flew as fast as Pegasus did !
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
The stunningly white mare, seeming creamier in color compared to Pegasus shook her mane free to fly. She was getting hot, though she knew a horse with a dark coat like black would be boiling she smiled as the dazing rays beat onto her mighty chest. As she looked back on what had just happened she grinned rather menicingly, one minnute an ice maden and the next a charming bright young mare ... seemingly more pleasent and kind. Now you might understand her grin, for Cermak battled through that exterior with passing colors and she now had a place to stay. "What is your other half's calling ??" she asked with a intrigued glance as she walked toward the old now charming Appaloosa stallion.
As Diosa glanced around the land it seemed more active than the time in which they met, and from the scent left in the air Spring had arrived as too did bouncing foals but with that came the chance for stallions to cover them again. That was the one thing she missed, not having a foal, it had been a long time since the birthing of Kauto Star and she was begining to wonder if she would remember how to be a mother again !! The thought scared her whats worse that the thought of the father not being the stallion she has followed for miles and swore duty to man for her life. Diosa knew that she would become more agile, sneeky and agressive towards stallions so she began to drift from Cermak.
"Forgive my drifting, but the thought of ..." she stopped herself from confessing her thoughts to a stallion that was not her son or Pegasus. It was replaced with a sigh, a huge one at that. Diosa de la Cielos, the stunning white mare thats pressence would make a true King or Queen bow down, the agile mare thats other half is fast in air rather than earth, the beauty that sends shivers down any young stallions backbone; she is that mare but that side of her was locked away ... it was stored for Pegasus and his triumphant return.

[OOC: Dyou mind if I bring in all the fillies (Desert, Kira, Wonder, Faith) and Antoinette?]
Cermak raised his eyebrows at the mare. She certainly liked to bandy about words, didn't she? Spoke very fancily. The old Appaloosa had met many such fanciful mares in his years, and yet, none of them were quite like this one. Then again, he mused to himself with a bit of a smile, no mare was exactly the same, now was she?
He stood patiently, watching the stunning white mare as she wandered off absently, seeming to be ost in thought. A dreamy mare as well, was she? Cermak had no objection to that, either.
Smiling, he stepped forward and bowed his head respectfully in her direction. "You need not tell me whatever is on your mind. I have no particular desire to know what goes through your mind," he said, smiling a bit more now. "One's thoughts are the only thing that they can keep to themselves. However, I think it high time that you come meet the rest of the herd."

CallInThe[[ C A V A L R Y ]] Time to meet the family !
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
The fancy white Goddess smiled as she agreed with the seemingly wise old appaloosa stallion. She did not like to think of him by his name but rather only in speech, she would come to admit it being strange. "Shall we then, Sir Cermak ??" she said sweetly toward him. Pulling up her slender maw then arching her long neck into a noticeable Arabian shape. Her white coat gleamed in the sunshine. Soon she would need Pegasus, for she would need the protection that only his strong muscles gave. Yes she soon would call Pegasus to the Canyon...... for a cover.
As she walked she planned a way to travel there without being noticed missing from the land and also undetected so that no other stallion would force-breed her, those stallions disgusted her. She would forever be with Pegasus and thus forever a Light. As she walked with Cermak for a few moments she actually came out of thought into what was going on around her, the activity, the buzz, the things that go unoticed... no equine realizes what they have lost until they die... lucky for her she survived to see what was lost and can live her life once more.
"Do you ever think of what you might miss ??" she asked Cermak while in thought. She did not mean to but she blurted it out. Diosa snapped herself back to reality but sunk back into thought...some miss their herd, their family, some miss their past, their memories, but they are alive I was once dead and missed EVERYTHING... so why do they miss their past ?, do they wait for the present and future to become past?, do they not relish the every moment they spend with THEIR family ? even every drama ?... "I say they are the dead ones" she mumbled out of her deep thought.

Look Up && See The Goddess of Heaven
Burning FaithThe ugly looking chestnut appaloosa walked along behind the tall dark mare and her sisters small frame. Her eyes darted wildly about her; picking out the birds which danced on the air and felt the sun burn on her back. She flicked her small foal's tail in excitement. She did however wonder where her mother was and how long she would be. She danced forward excitedly; overtaking Antoinette and leaving her sister to follow the mare. She shook her head and lifted herself into a playful rear easily. A Celtic's Wonder The filly heard her sisters footfalls increase and flicked her one good ear to wards the sound of her sisters movement. she turned her head to Antoinette; coming up beside the mare she gave a small snort and asked quietly. "Are we almost there? My legs are getting quite tired" she yawned loudly before moving closer to the older mare, making sure she didn't loose her. Celtic RoseBeing left behind the mare stood; her head hung low while she steadied her breathing. keeping her eyes alert and ears pricked. She raised her head and searched out some sweet fresh grass and some water. Having regained little strength she started to make her way slowly in the direction in which the mare and her foals had gone. (OOC: i just posted her - she will join in abit shes not with you yet). Misty Dawn The young mare stood on a slight incline; her feet square holding her body still. She stood tall; lifting herself up to her full height. She watched the appaloosa stallion engaging in conversation with the white mare and then his lead make her way towards them with two small figures - she wondered who's they were. She too was a pure white color - just like the new mare. The slight breeze lifting her cascading ice white mane; whipping it wildly around her; making her look like a wild goddess. She was a pure Arabian; and now with her summer coat; she was glowing. She was well aware of the fact that she could blend easily into her surroundings; and was certainly happy with it. But she also knew that she would never wish to hide from dear Cermak. Letting a soft snort escape her muzzle - a rare occasion; she moved none. But let the soft sound be whipped away on the wind down towards the herd, she was recently accepted as part of the herd. Letting another soft noise escape her she pricked her ears to listen for a response. Lifting her dished face lovingly to the sky feeling the warmth on her silvery coat. Would he hear her; or even see her?

Cermak tilted his majestic head slightly to one side, pondering the mare's very deep question. Diosa seemed to be so deep in thought that the stallion had a slight feeling that she might not mind if he didn't give her a reply, but he still deemed it appropriate to reply in any case.
"I am not entirely sure I understand what you mean," he said gently. "However, we will save such deep thoughts for later..." For he had, indeed, just spotted several of his mares and daughters coming from a distance.
Throwing back his dark mane, he called lightly to them. A quick glance told him that his two twin daughters, his mare Misty Dawn, and his lead, Antoinette, were among the rapidly approaching party. There were still two mares and two daughters to be accounted for, but he was not worried.
"We will be there soon, Wonder," the looming black mare said to the filly beside her. For a bulky Friesian, Antoinette moved with incredible grace and elegance. Her dark eyes twinkled with mirth as rambunctious Faith bounded ahead, as always. And, as always, the mare felt a bit of a pang, as she knew Faith's crippled, sightless twin would never be able to do so.
However, she brushed the depressed thoughts from her head. "Kira!" Her first and only daughter, as well, as Cermak's first offspring to be born in this place, was still not present to greet what was obviously yet another herd member.
However, the lead mare needn't have been worried... the rambunctious black yearling was coming quickly. Kira was becoming quite the little social butterfly, and was always excited to meet new horses. She could see from a distance that this new mare's coat and build were much like Aunty Misty's. This made Kira even more eager to come and meet her new Aunty... what if she and Aunty Misty were related? Wouldn't that be just wonderful?
"I'm coming, Mother," the filly shouted gleefully, the very thought of it making her break into a loping gallop.
Desert roared with laughter, her legs extending, as she too, broke into a gallop. At one year old, she already thought of White Meadows as her home, and Cermak as her father. She no longer wondered about what her father was like... she knew, now. It didn't matter if he wasn't her birth father... she'd decided that, quite a bit ago.
In fact, the leggy dun yearling was growing up quite nicely. She lacked the gentleness of her mother's features... she had a more fierce, dramatic appearance. Already she was incredibly strong and fast... soon, she and her best friend were neck-to-neck, racing to see who would reach Antoinette first. It was, by all means, a race... everything between these two was a contest. And they absolutely loved it.

HereComesThe[[ S T A M P E D E ]] Once Upon A Time I Wanted A Large Herd !+--------------------------------------------------------------------+ Diosa just stood silently. Not saying a word. She would not untill they asked her a question that she could answer simply. "Introductions can make meetings go alot smoother." she whispered to Cermak at the sight of his herd growing closer. The entracing white mare reared up high and let rip a mighty neigh, it was no big deal, but what would Cermak and herd think of it. She thought nothing of it afterall. She spotted a dramaticly looking dun filly racing with a much easier looking black yearling filly and it brought a smile to her maw, they raced up to their ... Mother ?? perhaps but they did not look related at all. Soon her keen eyes caught sight of a reflection, at least thats what she thought, indeed it was a white Arabian mare but she perhaps a little smaller and in any case her coat was not a pure cold white as her own but more of a pearls white but still rather stunning. "Who is that white mare ??" she asked pointing her graceful muzzle in Misty's direction with a kind smile creeping upon her straight forward maw. Some could say every grey Arabian looked the same but they were gravly mistaken, she looked similar to some but never the same, for she was not the same as Cermaks mysterious Arab mare. There were so many mares that she was spotting and wanted to talk about but was too preoccupied by the picking up of them all. She was taking in so much in so little time and it was frankly overwhelming. Diosa in turn decided to turn her gaze to the ground and get in some much needed food, time to graze. In her wait for an introduction she must have guzzle down pounds upon pounds of lucious green grazing grass. She was getting butterflies, she was so nervous about being in another herd other than her own. +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ Well you must be a girl with shoes like that she said you know me well I seen you and little steven and Joanna Round the back of my hotel oh yeah Someone said you was asking after me But I know you best as a blagger I said tell me your name is it sweet? Re: Look Up && See The Goddess of Heaven Burning Faith Reaching her father at such a fast speed for a newborn. She slid to a stop almost sliding into her father. stopping with her muzzle inches from him. "I erm...." she paused eying her father; whom she was meeting for the first time now. She stood up as tall as she could. "Are you my father?" she asked. "And are you a new auntie?" she asked the strange mare; not at all fazed by her neigh. Awaiting a reply patiently; from either horse. The small filly was as ugly as anything. She was a burnt chestnut colour with a blanket of white and a splash of black spots zig zagging its way across her rump. Her dished nose matched her mothers; but she had her fathers build and her head was far too large for her body. A Celtic's WonderThe small filly shied and fell. "What was that?!" she asked shakily. she turned her head around her wildly. She was laying on the flood awkardly; shaking madly, scared out of her wits. This little filly was a beauty - the spitting image of her mother. But she lacked her eyes; only small dips in her head where present - where they should have been. An ear was also missing. So this little beauty was eyeless and with only one ear. Celtic RoseCeltic Rose saw her foal stumble ahead of her. She had regained her strength and had caught up easily with her foals slow pace. She neighed loudly to her foal speeding up suddenly; her rounded frame slightly shruncken now. She sent a loud snort in greeting to the loud new mare who had scared her daughter. Slowing slightly she stopped by her daughter and lowered her quivering muzzle to her daughter. "It's alright dear; this is your mother. I'm here now" she paused and glanced up at the new mare with slight anger. "Dont you worry, It's only a new herd member" Misty DawnThe sliver coloured mare stood silently. She watched with great interest as her beloved adoptive sister was now a mother - in her own opinion to two beautiful fillies. "Well done Celtic Rose" she said in a whisper which was taken along the wind across the slight valley. She didnt move in the slightist; not even a muscle twitched in her neck - but her mane lifted up around her making her look like a wild goddess.

The old stallion roared with warm, hearty laughter. "Why yes, m'dear," he said, his dark eyes twinkling. "And I wonder if you could tll me your name? It's a bit disgraceful, isn't it, for a father not to know his own daughter's name?" Still grinning, he turned to Diosa, and murmured, "It looks as if this is a day for introductions all around."
Cermak called to the other herd members as welll. "Antoinette, Misty, Rose, Kira! Desert, my dear, do you know where your mother is? I would like you all to meet our newest herd member..." He couldn't help pausing a moment for dramatic affect, his eyes twinkling with mirth as he saw his firstborn daughter was just about to burst with excitement...
"Diosa de los Cielos."
Being the lead mare, Antoinette took it upon herself to introduce herself first. "My name is Antoinette. I am the lead mare here... welcome to our herd," the pitch-black mare said, a bit mechanically. It was hard not to say greetings mechanically when she'd done so so many times.
The bulky Friesian stepped forward, eying the Arabian. She was incredibly pretty, now wasn't she? Yet another white Arabian in the herd. She couldn't help noting it with a bit of amusement.
The little yearling was practically bursting with excitement at the sight of it. Two new herd members!
"HimynameisKirayoumustbemynewhalfsister!" she squealed all in one breath. However, out of the corner of her eye, she saw her mother give her a bit of a reproving glance, and she quickly stopped herself.
More calmly, she said, "Sorry about that... my name is Kira. You must be my new half sister!" It almost pained the yearling to say it so slowly and unexcitedly. However, she became even more excited whenever her father announced the new mare's name.
"Ohmigoodness! That's a beautiful name!" she breathed.
The yearling couldn't help bursting into laughter at the sight of her clearly overexcited sister. "My name is Desert," the dun said cheerfully, galloping up behind Kira. The filly didn't bother to mention that she wasn't actually related to Kira or Cermak... her mother was Aya, and her father was... dead. Not that this new mare, and the filly, needed to know.
That was when she realized that the filly wasn't alone, and that there was another filly hobbling along between Celtic Rose and Misty Dawn some distance away. However, she squinted closer... what was wrong with the poor thing?

ItsJustGettingBetter& [[ B ii T T E R ]] From what I've heard, your herd will win the best of me !
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+
Stone cold pure white, seemingly creamy compared to her lover. Without imperfections within her coat, not one spot or dab of grey. Her son just as impressive as his father but with a mix of pearl white in his coat so not identical coated as his father nor mother. Her daughter-in-law was not of a white coat, no she was something special, with a 'wild dun' coat possessed only the purest bred of duns in the wild are blessed with the coat and it was stunning. She loved her small family but now it has parted and herself within another, but as an echo.
Diosa spoke rather softly but still rather headstrong and powerful tone to it. "Just an echo I am afraid. Not a full herd member... just an echo." she smiled weakly and did not bow to the lead mare. No, after all she had died and seen it fit only to bow in the God's presence, which made sense. The lead eyed her, spoke mechanically, and seemed to thought of something rather amusing, she just snorted rather abruptly. Yeah, she was one stubborn mare.
Cielos turned her head around. Nothing. Then glanced down, there she was the little voice that spoke. Obviously she was not purebred, then what wild horses were these days she thought to herself. "Why thank you! And what might be your name, my dear one ?" she asked as she lowered her head. She was rather small for a yearling and it then became apparent to her that she had just left foal-hood which made her smile stronger.
Diosa De Los Cielos then spotted another filly come behind the last. Her name was Desert, clearly not related to Cermak with the facial structure or breeding or in fact coat. She acknowledged her with a smile and nod before speaking, "Seems you have a new sibling. My name is Diosa de los Cielos, or you may call me Sky for short. I'll just be staying till my love has finished his grueling task." she figured that she would not bother explaining who the love was or in fact tell the tale. She smiled arose her head once again.
One of the distant mares was clearly angered at her, perhaps her presence or greeting. So her piercing stern gaze took upon her, fixed. Everything around her moved, mane flew with her tail flowing, she stood still transfixed upon the vastly growing closer sight. Two fillies and one slightly angry mare. An fellow Arab mare was visible also in the distance but further, she stood out from the background to her, for she was a grey with the background a clear cream, whereas herself shone and in the summer it was often difficult to gaze too long upon her.
She shone like a star in the night sky. Only she shone during the day under the Summer's sun.

"I prefer my character over all the others. I really think I have the best character. Of course, he's a lot like me. He is the tyrant of the family, which I am, and, yep, he succumbs to temptation very easily. Edmund is the black sheep of the family, always teasing Lucy. But, in the end, Narnia makes him good. He goes through the most radical change, starts to appreciate his family. The adventure really changes him into a better person." ^Narnia production notes by SKANDAR KEYNES^

Look Up && See The Goddess Of Heaven Burning Faith The small filly gave a little whinny. "My name is Burning Faith I think" she said touching her small nose out to her father. "Is my momma OK? She wasn't well earlier." she said wondering just how long it had been since she saw her mother. It seemed like so long but actually it was a matter of hours that was all. She shuffled her muzzle across her fathers coat, with that she looked around to see her mother. A Celtic's Wonder The smaller of the two fillies touched her quivering muzzle to her mother and was instantly quietened. Stopping her trembling she placed her feet out in front of her and lifted herself up onto her dainty hoofs. "Momma?" she said moving her whole body as close as she could get to Celtic Rose. She still kept one ear on where the noise had come from and the other on her mother. She instantly knew it was her mother; its was her smell. Celtic Rose "I'm here darling" she said softly to her newborn foal. instantly noting that her sister was indeed stronger. "Come; stick with me" She said leading the small foal up beside Antoinette and in front of Cermak and the strange mare. "I thank you for taking care of them, Antoinette" Celtic Rose said dipping her gently to wards the older mare in respect and much thanks. "Cermak; I introduce to you your two beautiful daughters, Burning Faith and A Celtic's Wonder She touched her nose firstly from one filly to the other and finally to Cermak. The turning to the new mare she said a little harshly. "i welcome you to the herd. My dubbth is Celtic Rose." Pausing a moment before continuing in a more harsh tone and flicking her ears back angrily. "But in future I ask you to be a little more considerate to others and not scare my foal." She turned and pushing the blind foal ahead of her she moved away from them. "Come Faith" She said abruptly making her way to wards the studding silver mare that stood on a slight incline. He beloved step sister was a true beauty. Not palomino nor was she Grey but a stunning silver. Misty DawnThe young mare stood watching in amusement. The mare had had it's first taste of Celtic's Temper. She still remained silent watching and inside laughing at Celtic's reaction. At least Alaskan Star had got something right - Celtic Rose possessed manners; which was of course what was most important and made her proud. Lifting her head she arched it and prancing forward she lifted her legs high and moved to wards the burning amber that came to wards her and the small chestnut appaloosa and the spitting image of her mother.

Cermak blinked once, twice, at the sight of little Celtic Wonder. However, after a moment, he merely smiled and touched his nose gently to the little filly's slender forehead. "You are a beauty, my dear," he whispered with a slight smile into her good ear. "Much like your mother." It was entirely true. Although Celtic Rose did indeed have both eyes and ears, this newborn had her mother's stunning beauty and grace, even crippled as she was.
Turning to Rose, he grinned and nuzzled her briefly, replying, "I already met Miss Faith. Quite the special little lady, isn't she?" He flashed a smile at the larger, more awkward twin. To the newborn herself, he muttered faux-secretly, "Keep it between us, but I think she'll be fine. She might pretend to be hurt sometimes, but she really isn't, so you shouldn't worry, all right?"
Chuckling a bit, Cermak's dark eyes twinkled at his new mare, and he lowered his voice slightly. "Don't you mind Rose. She can be fiery... I'm sure the two of you have that in common." Out of the corner of his eyesight, he saw Misty Dawn, but he knew she would introduce herself when she felt it was appropriate.
The well-built mare nuzzled her stallion briefly before turning to Celtic Rose with an enormous smile. "It was no problem. They are truly beautiful fillies," although, as she said this, her dark eyes were locked on the strange, disfigured, ethereal figure of Celtic Wonder, "and you are truly a strong mare, for being able to deliver them." It was true... Rose was much younger mare than Antoinette herself, and yet she'd still bore more foals and Antoinette had, by now. And she stil seemed so spirited and lively, less than a day or so after birth. Rose was a true wonder.
Kira mouth dropped wide open. "Your lover? Really? What's his grueling task! Who is he! And how long will his grueling task take? Will it be a long, long time, like a whole year, or will it just be a week? I hope it's more than just a week, it would be lovely to have you around... who's your lover?" The little yearling had been told of the romance between her mother and father, and of Aunty Aya falling in love with Desert's old father. That was how she thought of him... Desert's old father. She knew that her sister's real father was her father, Cermak, now. That was how they could be sisters.
Desert cut in as her sister fell intensely silent. "Was he white, like you? Was he black, or was he black with white spots, like Papa?" The yearling was not entirely foolish... she knew Cermak wasn't her born father. But that stallion was Father, and stayed in a distant spot in the farthest corner of her young mind. Cermak was Papa, the one who smiled at her and laughed with her and played games with her and her sister, the one she loved. Papa and Father were two very different stallions, and Desert never mixed them up.
However, she still liked to hear about Father sometimes. Her mother would sometimes tell her stories about Father when Papa and and a the aunts and her sister weren't around, when it was just the two of them, grazing in the midst of all the creamy pale grass. Their romance was like a fairy tale, a myth, to her. She knew that here and now, her mother loved Papa, and that was that. Those days when her mother loved Father, they were a long time ago, in a different age, perhaps in a total separate lifetime.

FireTurnsTo [[F L A M E S]] Fiery temper doesn't get you EVERYWHERE in life, I know better than most ! +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ No, this mare was not angered. Why would she be ?! She understood the reason for the mares anger and said nothing till she had finished. "I am sorry my dear. Although in my defence I did not see the condition your filly was in... not from this distance at the least, I am sincerly sorry. Please do forgive me." she knelt her head down slightly with grace and ease. When the mare ubruptly moved off she did not mind nor give the gesture much thought. When Cermak called her 'Fiery' she agreed and her smile acknowledged it too. But she could not help but overhear him talk to his newborn foal, "I understand your valid reason for lying to her, but, do you think it wise ? She is afterall bound to find out eventually. Why don't you go find her mother." she said below a whisper. The lead mare was truly a gentle giant in all honesty. She was the oposite of her coat color, a solid black. Diosa's attention was switched to the intrested fillies. They were very adorable, not to mention determined. Diosa De Los Cielos answered Deserts question first, for it was the easier one of the two, "No, No, No ... he has a coat whiter than the clouds in the sky. Compared to his own coat mine is a cream!" she said with envy as an smile and gracious respectful gaze to the siblings. Diosa De Los Cielos then thought it was time to explain to Kira and perhaps tell the story. "Its been over a year already I think, being on the road for so long time loses its meaning, it may most likely be over a week now. Thank you." she paused as she chuckled before continueing to say, "Have you heard of a legendary once wild horse named Pegasus ?? well, that is my lover. Ask your father to tell you the tale. And as your father even met him why not ask him what he looked like up close. she said with a laugh. The pure white mare dozed off slightly in the heavens, where the gods watched over her, where she asked them why did I die and go to your heavenly stables ... not the heaven's wild plains where most wild horses go ?? she often dreamt of the heavens every now and then but she never spoke of her dreams. Pegasus knew they would go when his task ended, for she would no longer belong to the Gods. +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ "Q. What were the challenges this time around? Skandar Keynes: One of the biggest challenges was sort of the step up in the physical aspect of the shoot. I was quite unfortunate because in one of my stunts I was running and jumping off this rock and landing on a horse. But one time, at the very beginning of all this action, I missed the horse [laughs], so I had a busted heel. It wasn’t in a cast but it was really badly bruised and any time you put any weight on it, it hurt. So I had to do the rest of the battle sort of doped up on painkillers, which proved very problematic. It made it really difficult and made more of a challenge something that was already not a piece of cake." ^Interview by IndieLondon^

Look Up && See The Goddess of Heaven
Burning FaithThe filly instantly took off after her mother giving an excited whinny as she stretched out into a flat out gallop up the hillside. Sliding to a stop she bumped straight into Misty Dawn. "I er.... Sorry" She said backing away from the stunning silver mare, she gave a little snort. "He'd you do" She said politely; looking up at the mares flowing silver mane in awe. "m..m..momma; who is this?" She looked at the loving gaze that past between her mother and the strange mare and then at how the loving gaze moved from her to her sister. A Celtic's WonderThe little filly got ahead of her self a little and left her mother and bumped straight into her sisters large frame. "ooh!" she said softly as she banged her head against her sisters rump. She shook her head; making her baby mane bounce comically. Her ears rotated to listen for her mothers presence. "Momma; where are you?" she asked as she then picked up her mothers sound and then Misty Dawn's scent from which she backed away from. Celtic RoseThe burnt chestnut mare moved into a bouncing trot which was held by many Arabians of her breeding, Her ears pricked she moved with more purpose now than she ever had when she was pregnant. She stopped next to her twins and touched her quivering nose to Misty Dawn. "My dear sister, Misty Dawn" she said welcoming her friend and step sister and explaining to her two filly foals. Misty DawnNuzzled Celtic Rose affectionately, Then lowered her muzzle to the filly who had bumped into her rounded frame and then to the blind filly; who she had seen as her mothers spitting image. "My dear; what wonderful fillies you have" She said with a happy whinny which could be heard for miles; which was so unlike her. "Who's the new one" she asked quietly; tossing her head slightly to wards the white mare and Cermak and Antoinette.
