Yes it does- if it's dumping snow, they call a Snow Day if the school buses can't get through. They have a couple Makeup Snow Days in spring, so that if they are forced to call a snow day they have school on the spring days to make up for it, and if not we get those spring days off. So, basically get a day off from school in winter or spring. I'll end up single, pretty sure. I am currently experiencing first-hand how many ways a marriage can go bad  plus I'm not very attractive in any way lol |

No, no, no, you don't understand. I know WHAT a snow day is (we don't have em' here), but your question isn't a question.
If you get a snow day, you have to make-up the day in the spring. So it would be Snow day AND makeup day, or no snow day.
So this "Snowday in winter, or Makeup snow day in spring?" Really doesn't make sense.
Do you understand now?

Depends on the drink.
Ummm....well here it means something else. Makeup days are for when you had missed a day and didn't learn anything so they had to add an extra day to the year for you to learn it. Everyone gets these during snowdays here. We call days we get off without having to makeup work holidays.
